3. Replacement & Refund Policy
Eligibility Period
Replacement or refund requests must be made within 7 days from delivery.
Mandatory Requirement – Unboxing Video
Replacement or refund will be processed only if:

Customer records an unboxing video

Video starts before opening the box seal

Product is clearly shown while removing from the box

Video is shared via WhatsApp as proof
Without this video, replacement or refund will not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse:
