1. Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Warranty period depends on product category:

  • Commercial Gas Stoves: 6 Months Warranty

  • Normal Home Use Gas Stoves: 2 Years Warranty

  • Biogas Stoves: No Warranty

2. Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects only

Warranty Does Not Cover
  • Physical damage

  • Breakage due to misuse

  • Improper installation or handling

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and product verification.

3. Replacement & Refund Policy

Eligibility Period

Replacement or refund requests must be made within 7 days from delivery.

Mandatory Requirement – Unboxing Video

Replacement or refund will be processed only if:

  • Customer records an unboxing video

  • Video starts before opening the box seal

  • Product is clearly shown while removing from the box

  • Video is shared via WhatsApp as proof

Without this video, replacement or refund will not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • Refund will be initiated within 1 working day

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
